Abstract
Workshop: This 60 minute interactive workshop will enable participants to explore how integrating Design Thinking, Restorative Justice, and Ecological Spirituality offers transformative pathways to healing, interconnectedness, and sustainability. Rooted in Indigenous traditions, restorative justice cultivates emotional and communal restoration, while design thinking leverages artistic and empathic practices to visualize and create meaningful, actionable solutions. Through an interactive design-driven exercise, participants will engage in a collaborative, mini-team creative problem-solving experience to address a real-world social and environmental challenge. By combining these approaches, the workshop aims to inspire deeper connections to self, community, and the sacred, promoting sustainable and inclusive solutions.
