Abstract

Taking a novel inside-out lens for creating more belonging in communities, sourced from
Brahma Kumaris contemplative Raja Yoga, this workshop will: (i) provide motivation for how awakening an inner agency of seeking to help and uplift others in a community creates belonging, (ii) provide a guided-experience of gentle, open-eyed meditation to re-awaken an eternal connection to the divine source and/or of being a special and powerful spiritual being from within, (iii) provide time to participants to come up with any insights to apply in their own communities.
