Abstract

This presentation explores the enduring power and challenges of feminine symbolism through art, and spirituality, challenging systemic narratives that reduce feminine potency to witchcraft or mere sexuality. By examining the Sheela na Gigs, Shiva Lingams, and depictions of women in art from the Baroque period to modernity, this presentation investigates how cultural conditioning shapes our perceptions of the feminine. It also examines the implications of this conditioning for contemporary spiritual leadership and the collective future of society.
