Sparkle of Love: Web of Life

Performance: This special performance of Sparkle of Love: Web of Life is a collaboration between an arachnologist (spider scientist) and a musician/composer. This work blurs the boundaries of Art, Science, and Spirituality and explores our interdependence. This work highlights the Beauty and Wonder of the Spider World and draws upon insights gained from sustained observations over time of the biodiversity of invertebrates  and studio explorations with sound. We harness the powers of creativity to contribute to uplifting spirits in service of better caring for each other and our surrounding world during these times of uncertainty and dynamic change. Sparkle of Love: Web of Life aspires to be nourishing, spark imagination, and open a dialogue on how we can increase the beneficial role humans can play throughout the web of life.
