Abstract

Workshop: This one-hour workshop will guide participants through a ritual of plant communion via meditation/trance and drawing. It is a technique taught by a nature-worshipping Mystery School, and requires no prior experience with meditation, art-making, or nature-based spirituality. The ritual serves to create a sacred space in which concentrated point meditation on a plant-- combined with breath-work and automatic drawing--will lead to a spontaneous expression of experiential connectivity with a biodiverse consciousness.
