Wisdom of Webs Workshop

Abstract: Have you noticed how impact anywhere on a web affects even seemingly distant parts? Whether a dragonfly hitting a spider web, or the way cultural and religious ideas shape our relationships with each other across time and place? In this hands-on workshop, we will explore stories of spiders and what we can learn that may help in engaging with the conference themes and in better caring for our interdependence throughout the web of life. We will consider the ways spiders “listen” and engage with their surrounding world as inspiration for us to better sense and shape how we care for each other and the Earth we share.
